      Please note that we do not expect you to call Asus for tech support. Our policy has ALWAYS been "contact us first". We service the products we sell in and out of warranty for any custom system. We always offer our self service guarantee for non custom (base) systems as well for any customer who did not get the support they expected from the manufacturer.  This self service guarantee applies to all customers globally.  Please ALWAYS contact us first.

 

A two year global warranty: You can receive service on your notebook anywhere in the world for two years from your date of purchase.
A zero bright dot guaranty: If your LCD displays even a single bright dot within 30 days of purchase, ASUS will replace your notebook’s entire screen.
Two way free shipping: If your notebook needs service, we cover the cost of shipping it to us via Fedex from one of over 2,000 Fedex stations nationwide. We ship it back to you for free as well.
Twenty-four hour tech support seven days per week: Our customer service professionals are there to service you at all times.
